Processing Times

  • During peak periods (such as new releases, promotions, or holidays), processing may take an additional 2โ€“5 business days.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items will follow the estimated ship date stated on the product page.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard delivery time is usually 3โ€“7 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and location.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times generally range from 7โ€“21 business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and carrier availability.

  • International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for international shipping due to local restrictions.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please note that risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is accepted by the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Packages marked as โ€œdeliveredโ€ by the carrier are considered successfully delivered. VELVXT is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after delivery.

Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refusal at delivery, may be reshipped at the customerโ€™s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
